But many times an interim coach fires up the team and leads them to victory a couple of times which would possibly drop them out of top 3 draft pick. Also with no fans in the stands the base can't rip into Gasbag and management so they can wait until the end of the year to fire him and assistants.

The raiders scored their final td on the NEXT drive with 12 seconds left on the clock when the play started.

Had Gase NOT called that time out, the jets would have won

DC firing is moot and very easily expandable after that bonehead call. We've seen three firings to a HC this season and those teams immediately won that first game and doing better.
